The spooky season has arrived and downtown Andover has the mood well covered.
Starting this Saturday, 80 scarecrows will be taking up residence along Main Street. The straw creations designed and crafted by local schoolchildren and other community groups will decorate the light and electric poles as part of the second annual Scarecrow Festival.
